• We cannot guarantee the outcome of any government application (e.g., visa approval) as this is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
• Timelines provided are estimates based on typical processing times and may vary due to government system updates or holidays.

3. Payments and Refunds

Service fees are due upon initiation of the service. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authorities on your behalf.

• Government Fees: Non-refundable once paid to the authority.
• Service Fees: Refundable only if the service has not yet been initiated by our team. Once work has commenced, service fees are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for your application. Lubab Business Services is not liable for rejections or delays caused by incorrect or missing documents provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lubab Business Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from government rejections, delays, or policy changes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
